This project involved a large living room which extended via an open staircase to the top landing. Thick Artex was removed from the walls and ceilings which were then re-plastered. The dark stained woodwork was brought up in colour to vanilla white, providing a soft edge to the burnt umbers used in the colour scheme. Rich Burgundy was blended in here and there, giving a period feel to this older property. Our
clients were so happy with the result that we also redecorated
their large guest bedroom for them, replacing old wallpaper with
lining paper and lightening up the east facing room. |
